The chemicals found in many sunscreens, tanning oils and lotions come off in the water and the residue can be extremely harmful to the marine animals, coral reefs and the ecosystem.

Whale season goes from December 15th through May 15th. While this might be the official "whale season", the whales can sometimes show up early or late, depending on traffic.
